Not at the moment. You can move it about in photo mode but the levels aren't currently optimised for viewing from more angles during gameplay (you'd end up seeing a bunch of things you shouldn't).

Future feature?
Freecam seems a bit excsessive, but a 90dgr turn would be nice...
Not having the nest entrance at the top of the screen does weird things to me XD
