The bottom panel with the nursery groups and pheromone groups can prevent a move order from being applied when clicking above it at the height of the group number buttons. (But not above the part with the prevent gather and prevent attack buttons.)
How to replicate:
1. Select a group to move
2. Make sure the space just right of the V group button is accesable.
3. Press the right mouse button at the height of the group buttons just right of the V button. It should not give a move order.
