[Crash] 0.2113 Leafcutter freeplay crash within seconds after loading a save

Yay! I broke the game! :p
Crashed when loading save a second time, so I am including the save file in attachments too.

looks like this may have been a change I made to mini-maps and colony IDs for the mission i was working on today. oppse
