Freeplay beta for Mac/Linux users!

For simple time reasons I don't think the beta will be out for Mac and Linux. Something in the region of 90% of our users are Windows, and given the small size of our team it's not really viable to spend time debugging those builds for a beta. Using the Windows build as a sample base just makes sense for us - if we were making two more beta builds we'd be delaying getting the final update out quite significantly.
It's not an ideal situation but an inevitable one. Of course once we've identified and fixed the problems in the build those fixes will be translated to the Mac and Linux non-beta releases.
We don't intend this to be an extended beta period. Once we've addressed the issues that arise and gotten the save system working properly we'll make it a general release.
