Use Imgur and embed.

I'll pass this on to the guys. In the meantime can you please post as much information about your system as possible.

Hi farfars, thanks for showing us these. Does this problem come up frequently/every time? Next time it comes up, could you see whether sliding any of the graphics sliders down to their lowest setting makes it go away. I'm curious to know if we can isolate the rendering subsystem causing it.

I had the same issue. I think it might have something to do with enabling VSYNC. I was also getting random crashes and that stopped when I disabled VSYNC as well.

27" iMac, 750MGTX.

Re: Matt
It happened permanently at that level, but it just happened randomly and went away on other levels. I'll tell you if it happens again!

@Matt i could replicate this with a smaller strip of shadow, and it indeed went away after tweaking settings - Here are some screenshots on how it looks on different qualities

@farfars Thanks for the clues. Actually somebody else seems to have had this problem quite severely on 2.2 (Subjugation) so there might be a clue there.

I assume during the above tests, you were moving the "main" graphics slider, am I correct? I don't suppose you could set everything to high (so that the problem appears), and, while in the level, systematically go through each of the smaller sliders underneath, dropping them to zero, to see which one causes the issue to go away?
