"Water-faring critters"! Does it mean naval combat is possible if your ants fall into the water? Or are they just untouchable traps and ambient creatures?

I must say that it would be interesting to have animals in the water. Not sure if they would go for tadpoles but if Antscanada has taught me one thing, then that they will eat anything they can get with their hungly little mandibles. He had a colony with a paludarium where their is water and land in one. So to keep the water clean he added a bunch of water beasts and sadly they ended up being devoured by the ants. So I assume that fire ants would eat tadpoles if they manage to stun them and have them then floating at the surface of the water so they could be dragged off or eaten alive.

Also they will probably be able to make a bridge to the creatures.
