When you alt-tab off EotU and come back, any pheromone markers you've made can't be repositioned. They must be canceled and then used.

This one is unusual. I have not been able to replicate this. Could you let us know steps that would cause this to happen. Also what are your graphics settings set to (windowed, windowed full screen, full screen) and what system are you on? (Mac, Windows, Linux?)
