Queen is dead pls send help!

I was playing the first level and after winning, on the victory screen the coach horse beetles killed my queen :'( now my queen in the formicarium is just gone. is there a way to fix this? or do i need to start over? (would prefer not to) love the game, and would appreciate any advice

1) What level were you playing? 1.1 or formicarium challenge 1?
