If you can maybe add termite nests so they can compete with ant colonies and can supply an amount of food to the ants, also make it nocturnal so it is even harder to hunt the termites. And maybe you can also play as the termites so there's more variety and uniqueness

Sounds like a lot of work, but termites might be planned for later on. Who knows.

Formosan termites and bullet ants are planned as some sort of kickstarter rewards. You can check some of their really early newsletters in 2016. Bullet ants are confirmed to be playable, no info about termites yet.

I read it and I could only find Bullet ants and Dracula ants?
