"Time to Hatch" Delay

I was thinking about the balance of Leafcutters and how it could be fixed. Then, all of a sudden, I got a brilliant idea.

Spawn Timers!
The timers would make certain ants take longer to hatch. In nature, leafcutter castes take longer than others to develop. I think we could implement this to help balance lots of things.

At the moment, the Leafcutter media are a pain to build up to and aren't good enough to make up for it. With a timer cost, rather than a food cost, they may be more viable.
For example, the media could cost 50 food to place, but take four times as long to hatch. The majors would cost the same, but take an additional four times as long wait. Making the majors take a huge amount of time to develop. (16 times as long!)

This could also be used to balance other ants, such as black ants and the upcoming fire ants. As well as making a combination of black ants and majors more important in the heat of battle.
