Upgrade Numbers

The numbers that show where different amounts of upgrade points are coming from should be able to be toggled off. I find that they cause a lot of lag while I am upgrading.

Yeah, they've always been a bit laggy. I think disabling them is just sweeping the issue under the rug; we should probably work out why they're causing a framerate drop in the first place.
