[B]Blocker - Using ESC while on loading screen loads player in "paused" state

If the player uses ESC while loading a level, the player will load the level in paused state. Player will be forced to reboot the game in order to play the game further.

OK I now know what you mean from the other message. I found that I could continue the game by pressing resume but we do need to address this.

In my case there was no pause menu, so I was unable to click on Resume. It probably requires a good timing to do that
