While on loading screen player is not fullly blocked from using markers and switching their tabs (which is not that dangerous, but when the shortcuts will come it might become an unwanted behaviour).

Not sure what you mean here. Could you explain the steps that replicate this?

I mean that player is able to switch group tabs and select them while the game is still loading a level

I suppose that it might be a problem in the future when you will add keyboard shortcuts.
