[Bug] 0.213 The Other Foot placable pheromone marker for nest group

I was able to place the nest group pheromone marker again on the overground. (Luckily no ants react to it)

Edit 2:
It looks like the nest group pheromone marker can only be set by right clicking the minimap with the nest group selected.

In 0.2131 it is only fixed for the overground minimap. This can still be done on the underground minimap.
