Establishing queen

I had a idea that there should be a short stage of the game, where you as a queen just landed and you have to get set up. You have to get a certain amount of supplies to start. There should be some entries you can find and you MUST avoid dangers like everything we have and maggot flys for obvious reasons. Than the screen fades to black and the game starts indicating some time has past.

I've actually seen a video with a landing queen, but I guess it's just a cutscene.

Question is if Formica ereptor (or how it's called) is claustral like most ants or semi-claustral.
If she's claustral she has enough resources to raise the first workers on her own, by consuming her wing muscles and fat reserves in her abdomen (that's why the flying queens of many ant species are so big).

The future is a long time and in theory we could add a section of the game where you have to bury and dig as the queen before moving onto the next phase (this is starting to sound like Spore) but it isn't currently planned.
