HELP! MY SAVE FILES AREE GONE!

They are just gone. I went to AppData\Local\EotU\Saved\SaveGames and the save games folder is just missing. Clicking the saved folder just leads me to a config file. I have sunk in 12 hours into this thing. Is there any way to recover my saved files. It's not like I can refund the game anymore.

Do you have Steam Cloud turned on? There could be a discrepancy between online and your local files causing the issue.
