It's literally impossible! It's the only level I haven't beaten in all of EotU.

And Man of the Antz walkthrough:

Basically you need to keep the number of crickets on the surface lower than 10 so they don't rush you. Switch to the underground when there are 1 or 2 crickets left. Dig wide chamber if you use number and short pathway if you use upgrade.
