I think so. But this is just my guess, since they have a queen.

We're likely to make them available as a separate colony in freeplay, perhaps an unlockable reward like the counterpart.

I knew it, especially as just a freeplay colony, perhaps an extra level where you play as them too?

I would assume getting the black ants by beating the levels or doing an extra level.

Also, I wonder what the final fire ant level will look like, the current image looks bland and not many places to bridge, but we are all excited.
