3 Levels Are Not That Flexible
Subjugation is always done on one raid. When a raid happens is set throughout a game.

Beach Levels :
These are both not flexible at all for obvious reasons.

How to Fix Them :
Subjugation :
Make the final raid happen right after the objectives are complete.

Rising Tides :
Make the objective to kill the uber hermit crab, which comes after all the animals that come into your nest are defeated. Animals will coke into your nest when you get powerful enough, and if you do nothing they'll still come, just later. This makes it like subjugation with its seperate raids and all that, but they depend on your power.

Queen of the Hill :
Same with rising tides. Once you get more powerful, the other nests will get worried and keep attacking you, eventually burning out their force and making their last stand. If you don't do anything then they just kill you.

I guess as someone who's interested in speed running you want the game to be able to be done quicker?

I don't think we're going to change the objectives for the 2.x levels, but it was a design tenet for the 3.x levels (and beyond) that they're not set to a timer.
