Restructuring of the Forum

So I have a new category structure that may work out to be better. But before you read, I should point out the downside that this makes the forum less personalized to each game, but still pretty personalized.

  Off Topic
• Suggestions & Issues

It basically makes the sub categories the categories and the categories the sub categories. I think it's a bit more friendly for new users since they have to click one less time, but it also makes navigation a bit harder since each category also includes each game. On the bright side, it gets rid of the Off Topic problem.

Maybe there is an option to toggle between your suggested layout and the Forum’s original layout, because I’d probably prefer the forum’s original layout over yours if they were to implement it. Good suggestion though
