Screen Shot Saturday - Aphids vs Ladybirds

Our ants like to farm root aphids for the sweet honeydew they secrete. This ladybird has other ideas, however - he eats aphids, and if he isn't dealt with the entire herd will be gone!

In Empires of the Undergrowth, certain species of ant will be able to collect food in the form on honeydew from aphids around the map. They'll need to be defended, however.

The Ladybug should probably go for the closest one though to prevent it from clipping through them.

It's much less of an issue from the typical game angle - we're exaggerating the angle here to get some leaves in the background and to see the aphids clearer.
