(Catching up on SSS posts here that were made whilst I was away over the last couple of weeks, so several in one post)

October 10th: Beetle Uprising has a release date! Breed more beetles, juice the bad ones! Take over the Abandoned Lot and avenge the matriarch on 5th November, when we leave early access.

October 17th: Experiment 1: An experiment was carried out to determine which of these toys a group of beetles preferred.

October 24th: Beetle Uprising uses an allele and gene simulation to breed traits into beetles. If you wanted to clone your beetles, you'd need to have all alleles (represented by the yellow and red lines) in the parents identical.

Thank you everyone who's been playing Beetle Uprising since the launch on the 5th! It's been great to finally get the game out of early access and see some more people enjoying it.

The core of Beetle Uprising is in its genetics simulation - in this video, all the beetles are displaying blue pigmentation because of their lineage. Note the other traits - the patterns, spikes, and texture!
