Kill 5 of every creature throughout the formicarium missions except whip spider and uber creatures. Creatures killed in formicarium are not counted except the ones thrown by the scientist while in challenge.

Yeah last time I went head to head with 7 mantises and I still won, you just need lots of black ants and some level 3 wood ants, a few majors would also help

i mean like do you meet so many mantises? i think you meet like 3 mantises in the formicarium game (without creature spawner)
