The Creative mode in Freeplay doesn't have much use at the moment other than giving the player freedom to do whatever they want. I thought it would be cool to turn it into a "premade base save" mechanic, like in 3.2.

- Give the player only half of their ants and food. (Like 3.2)
- No food stores, leaf stores, refuse tiles, or speed tiles will be saved.
- A cap amount of tiles dug and food spent for it to be a viable "starter base"
