[Bug] 0.211 Can't place pheromone markers by RMB clicking the overground minimap

I don't know why, but pressing RMB on the overground minimap does not place the pheromone marker of the group selected.
Persists through reload of the save, but earlier this save I was able to place markers through the overground minimap.
Save attached. (I hope it's the right one.)

Right this one took a while to get to the bottom of. This could be effecting other things as well. Basically if you were not in the first underground it would not draw on the minimap (the minimap had the wrong colony ID set so it could not find the markers) should be fixed with the next update!
