[Bug] Beta freeplay frozen minim workers

I decided to remove a bunch of minor nursery tiles to replace them with media nurseries, and suddenly this:

I don't know if this is directly related to the nursery removal.

Edit:
I saw a minim die from its parent tile being removed. Its parent tile had not yet hatched its worker ant.
