[Bug] Beta freeplay save reloading can make larva bug out

Larva: 7/7. But there's 3 missing?

After reloading the same save file a few more times:

Some of the pupea changed back into eggs and started growing again?

That's the thing, reloading and saving causes some larva to become tiny and stay tiny.

This bug is still very much a thing (version 0.21141):

19 out of 19 larva, where could they be?
