It was quite hectic, and I split my army between fighting off waves and getting the underground food in the caves. I think I can do better if I could get all the food earlier.
I did not upgrade ants at all until wave 30+ when I had too much food and the ants were blocking each other. Tiger beetles are a serious pain to fight off with just black ants.

I ended up not upgrading my ants enough, having 40 lvl 1 and 19 lvl 3, leading to me being incapable of winning fast enough to harvest corpses before the next wave. This culminated in me running out of food by wave 30, having no way to open further underground areas.

- half were full time defenders. Other were food collectors and food chamber attackers
- Upgraded the defenders to lvl 3 as I could afford.
- Once things got serious (lvl 30 or so) I assigned all solders to defend, but only allowed half to gather food from corpses.
- Extending food area closer to enemy spawn helped.
- Had food cap of 600. I am not sure if I should have increased that.

I got 364,184 wave 53. Not sure how much further you can go due to limited food and shorter time between waves.

Finally got to round 50 with a score of 333,408!! Big shout out to jimscheideler for posting a video of how he got so far!
This bring up a question though. How exactly are the individual scores like attack score and resources collected tallied up? I did things pretty similarly to jim but my score is much lower, and I'd like to know some tips on how to improve it.

tried again only got to wave 53 must say that more ants is not better you want lots of level 3 not a insane amount of level 1 had something like 150 ants (some level 3 most level 1), level 3 can live though a spray level one apparently can't. I have also noticed my ants if left on the same marker long enough they go back to the queen?? thought just occurred to me is this to heal??
