Weird pathing issue with a small band of ants

In playing post-endgame i got a small band of ants completely bugging out. They were just stuck wandering in a corner, both under ground and then in the corner of the formicarium. Here are some screenshots, hope they can be of help

This is the reverse of a different bug.

The ants, for whatever reason, fail to path to the underground exit, and instead walk as close as they can to where the overground physically is (to the right).
