Worker Upgrades

Maybe give workers lots more speed doing pretty much everything! That'd give an incentive to upgrade worker ants.

If I'm not mistaken, this DOES happen already. The issue is that it's not significant enough to outweigh spamming lvl 1 workers. 6 workers do more work than 2 lvl 3 do.
