Ant Abilities Issues

Hello, I got a question about the queens abilities like the Royal decree and the fierce mother abilities. They don't activate. She can go under 75% health, 50%, even 10% and still no abilities activate. I was wondering if there is a trigger I'm missing or if its a glitch. Hope to see what you all come up with, really cool game.

Are you sure you've purchased those abilities?

Did it activate once, and then not activate the second time?

Is this in the formicarium (upgrades do not apply in missions)?

Beside my permanent game crashes, i have same issue with Queen ability. Nothing activates (yes i purchased the special)

Mino, this is NOT in missions like 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, or 2.2 that it's not working in, correct?

Oh wait...it is not working in the mission...means that works as intended?
