[Bug] 0.22 Freeplay: Conquest victory condition can be active without enemy colonies.

Kill Queens: 0 / 0
Enemy queens got divided by 0 and were never seen again.

The player can select conquest victory condition, but unlike other victory conditions the victory condition does not force settings to make it completeable. (Like Hunter forcing uber spawns to be enabled or besieged forcing attack waves to be enabled.) However, conquest does not require at least one enemy colony to be able to start the freeplay game.

Ah yes. I was intending to deal with this but i think I wanted to get the beta out to people faster. Will log this now and make sure I come up with something (not sure what yet)

Perhaps something similar to not providing a colony name can work? The game would gray out the start button unless there is at least 1 AI colony selected.
