Scrolling with the mousewheel feels really slow. (Takes 10 seconds of scrolling to zoom in a bit)

That looks like a bug. I was changing some speed controls for video capture, and might have borken something.

Did you notice if this is *always* slow for you, or just sometimes (e.g. coming back from combat, or switching between save files).

I don't know if it is always slow, I did notice something (no idea what) caused the floor dragging (to move camera) to increase camera movement for that session.

I have not found a way to replicate it yet.
