Instances of this are usually caused by insuficient hardware - make sure you're meeting the minimum specs.
Outside of that, the first thing to do is to try updating your graphics drivers (our recent bug reports show that around 70% of crashes are caused by driver issues). It would be a good idea to see if you can run other Unreal Engine 4 games, too, to eliminate that possibility.

Heyy Mike! I updated my drivers and clean my PC and the game is still not opening! I tried to play another Unreal Engine 4 games and they don't open too...
If you need, I can send u my PC components
