We've had an incident on the Steam forums where an impatient community member got short tempered with someone asking a question (albeit a slightly rude one) and as a result that person refunded their purchase and left a negative review. It hurts us and as a result hurts you.
Let's just try to be kind and understanding. Point people to the information if you can, or if you have time explain it to them with a smile. If you can't do that, just don't post
